Week 28

Time is flying by.  Will and I were laying in bed last night realizing that we only have apporox. 80 more days of peace and quiet ahead of us.  I find myself, on my days off, just laying on the couch, or the hammock outside, being still and listening to the soon to be absent sound of nothing.  I do alot of praying for our family and talking to the baby.  I also enjoy reading "new mommy" or  baby-raising books if anyone has any suggestions.  Please post them and any advice or comments you may have.

I am now seeing the doc every two weeks.  I am somewhere around 28 weeks, although, the baby's girth and other measurments are telling us he is a week and a half ahead.  He just might be a big one.  All three of us start our childbirthing classes tonight.  I think this will definitly put all of this in perspective for sure.  I am so thankful that Will is very much a part of this and as I have said before, I don't know how I would do this without him.

Hey guys. Wow! I am so excited for you both. I dreamt last night that Carter was born. I was in the room with you and Will up until the time you said you had to push. Then Will brought out Carter. He was beautiful. He had strawberry blond hair and was a long baby. I can’t wait to meet him. We are planning to come to Texas for Christmas and the kids and I will probably stay through January. Two of the most useful books for me are the No Cry Sleep Solution by Elizabeth Pantley and Babywise. They are two different theories but find them both useful. Focus on The Family also has a great parenting book that is from birth through adolescent.
    Love you,
    Ang
